Frequently asked questions

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to see a GP. If you need a scan or to see a specialist, your doctor can arrange that.

What treatments do you offer?

Depending on what's found, options include joint and soft-tissue injections, dry needling, acupuncture, and advice on exercise, nutrition and medication.

Can you refer me for a scan or to a physio?

Yes. Where it's helpful, your doctor can arrange imaging or refer you to physiotherapy or another specialist.

Do you treat sports injuries?

Yes. We can assess and manage sports injuries and help you with a plan to get back to activity safely.

Will the injections hurt?

There can be some brief discomfort. Your doctor will explain what to expect before going ahead.
